Name: Toshyo Watanabe

Appearance: Muscly with gradual signs of age. His body is scarred not from combat but from working in the butcher shop.
Hair: A fade cut black hair with a bald line running from his right eye to the top of his head from scar tissue
Eye color: His right eye is half black half brown from a cut that blinded his eye. His left eye is brown

Personality: With a rough voice and a stoic facial expression he immediately comes off as an authoritative figure. Yet despite his first impression, Toshyo is a big-hearted individual with a loud laugh that can shake the trees. He is respectful enough to follow most orders with unquestioning loyalty yet responsible enough to handle a squad on his own should he ever be put on command.

Zanpakuto’s seal state appearance: Kept sheathed in leather and mounted on his back. It appears as a flat, elongated plate with huge curve around the handle. All of this is kept under leather except for the leather wrapped handle.

Shikai appearance: The blade is basically a massive slab of metal. This armblade curves around the handle and flows down the forarm to a curved and pointed tip that portrudes away from the elbow. Runes run down the tip of the blade and emanate an aura that stirs the air around Toshyo.
Shikai abilities: Despite its initial heavy appearance, the blade becomes surprisingly light. It seconds as a shield and grants temporary boosts in speed that gradually grow weaker the more it is used.

History: Not quite the active member of the shinigami, Toshyo had agreed to join but failed to attend in his training. He favored more of what he referred to as the "real world" rather than fighting and has since remained that way as he grew older. Over the years his life has hit a rut of repeating day ins and day outs. Searching for that change in his midlife crisis, Toshyo became possibly the oldest appearing member to go under basic training. Years of life experience had taught him well, however and he excelled not for his skill but for his maturity in the way he handled combat situations. He never lost himself in panic and even though he had to be saved several times when fighting a hollow, it was because of his selflessness in getting others out of the dicey situations. He showed signs of a great leader but because the skill was indeed lacking he functioned better as a substitute where he can first hone his own personal development before becoming a role model for the rest.

Personality: Easy going charming and very comedic...likes to crack jokes,is also very "confident" and may order you around a lot.In battle she seems to snap and become some sort of "machine" studying every aspect of a battle and forseeing her opponents next move.
Likes: flowers,the sky,has a crush on somebody but wont ever tell you,nice people,the sereitei,rukia,even Kon but he doesnt seem to be "attracted" to her.
Dislikes: Aizen,liars,people who give up,weaker girls,and overly brutish men a.k.a. most of squad 11....creeped out a lot by Mayuri aswell...

Shikai appearance:Wakizashi becomes a long silver "Senbon" (throwing needle) the size of a lance with a pentagonal cross section.with a handle at one end
Shikai abilities: When thrown fires a lightning bolt (of considerable strength ) out the opposite end proppelling it at ridiculous speed.Upon impact it "explodes" with thunder (lightning) causing damage and or paralysis to those around it.It has a little bit of a transforming abilty as if it enocounters a "barrier" or sheild it turns into a much thinner needle thus passing through the sheild (or perhaps moving out of the way of a block?)...

-Bankai-
Bankai appearance: Zanpaktou turns black as if its been burned (cracks glow like metal at a forge) and changes into a more sleeker needle with thorns on it of varying sizes.Red lightning sporatically sparking from it
Bankai ability: It only has one attack so far and can only be done once "Bara Raikouten" (Rose Thunder sword) When thrown it seems to stop "moving" the spear-like needle morphing,as the enemy moves each thorn acts as another spear striking out from the main one this attack will follow the enemy until
a)Amatsu collapses from strain
b)is killed/hurt badly
c)kills the enemy
Upon impact the spear instead of shocking it foes will contract the rest ofthe weapon into itself and "explode" much like this weapon (with the same gruesome effect) ->[link] .....Quite simply you should remember “Truths and roses have thorns about them.”

-History-
Past: As a girl she was found alone in the woods during a blizzard after being seperated from her parents (physical age of 12)(presumed dead).She was saved by a (now former) thief named "Keoni Kisenzai" (at the time he was was physical age 16/17).They became friends after a while but not before Aizen nearly killed Kisenzai.They then joined the shinigami academy under alias names (with Kisenzai as her "older brother")....After he was ("killed")defeated by Aizen in a failed premptive strike.She began to train herself harder in order to avenge him.

Personality: She is a serious person who takes her time seriously, either choosing to spend it sleeping, training, studying or watching the world around her. She is serious about fighting, often refusing to even draw her weapon unless she sees that a true challenge awaits her, as she wants a fair fight. She cares very little about her own personal beauty and often goes around clothed in her usual mask and cloak, hiding the true features of her face. She has a natural competitive streak and at times will start arguments, spars or debates just to have some fun with them. She is loyal and has her own personal moral code, which is more like survival of the fittest mixed with the ideal that people should be free to do whatever they want. Due to this, she cares very little about what others think and will only fight or work with those that
earn her respect.

Zanpakuto’s name: 'Azure and crimson sword' Soukou No Ken

Zanpakuto’s seal state appearance: A long, single edged sword with a bronze circular guard, red cloth wrapping around the hilt and red ribbon at the bottom of the pommel. The guard has an etched pattern with 10 lines in it. The blade in always in it's scabbard, as it is released when it is pulled of it's scabbard. The scabbard itself is made of a hardened material with a blade like tip. Near the top of the scabbard lies copper bands and crimson ribbons.


Shikai release words: light the sky (Hi Amanoharo), Soukou No Ken

Shikai appearance: The sword remains the same, all except for a blue tinted blade edge. The scabbard is held as a weapon, used for blocking or distracting attacks and is readily switched between the hands. The scabbard can only be removed in Shikai, after saying the release words. The sword can be returned, and drawn as many times as needed in shikai.
Shikai abilities: This sword has one main ability and 3 variances on it. This weapon's ability is based around a gas like reitsu that surrounds the sword and the reitsu in the scabbard. The sword marks whatever it slashes with a blue mark, which is ignited when the scabbard touches near the mark or from the shock wave when the sword is placed back in the scabbard (within sword range).
Flare slash 'Furea Shasen' - A forward slash with a draw from the scabbard, that combines the reitsu charged in the scabbard and the reitsu that is emitted from the blade to create a quick fiery slash of blue flames.
Piercing Fire 'Sasu Hi' - A piercing attack from the sword that marks a target with a temporary mark that fades over 3 minutes. If this mark is touched by the scabbard or the sword is sheathed (within slashing distance), it sets off the mark with a blast of blue flames.
Sky Blazing Column 'Sora No Hibashira' - An attack that is activated by touching her sword blade to the ground and sending it's reitsu to a spot along a surface in front of her. The mark blows brightly when the sword scabbard touches it, erupting in blue flame pillar. The attack has a short radius and requires her to focus to complete the attack.

Seki (斥, Repulse) Creates a round shield that seems to temporarily paralyze and repel whatever strikes it. Incantation: unknown.

Kyokko (曲光, Curved Light) Hides the target from sight, by bending light. The spell has the ability to totally hide the presence and reiatsu of the user or specified object. Incantation: unknown.

Enkosen (円閘扇, Arc Shield) Summons a shield of condensed reiatsu to block opponents' attacks. Incantation: unknown.

Shitotsu Sansen (嘴突三閃, Beak-Piercing Triple Beam) Forming a golden triangle with one's finger, it shoots three beams of light that pin the target to one place on a surface, slamming into his or her body in three places in a shape of a perfect triangle. Incantation: unknown.

Sekienton (赤煙遁, Red Smoke Escape) Creates a blast upon activation and is used like a ninja's smoke bomb. Incantation: unknown.

Byakurai (白雷, Pale Lightning) The user fires a concentrated, powerful lightning bolt from their finger. Incantation: unknown.

History: Ameko was born in the rukongai district to a loving mother, who decided to send her to the training academy to become a shinigami. She practiced and trained at the academy until she because adequate at performing kido and swordsmanship. Ameko discovered her zanpakuto near the end of her training and found that for some reason she was unable to unsheathe her weapon. It was a great disappointment to her and it led to her learning to hate her weapon, and leaving it behind unless she was forced to bring it to practice or on an assignment to the human world. She began to practice kido and the martial arts, learning how to fight well when it came to hand to hand combat alone. She grown a hatred for her weapon and the students she had to learn with, hating their arrogance and constant comments about the fact she could not draw her weapon. This peaked one day when she was challenged by a fellow student to a duel, she took the challenge and wielded her weapon, using the sheathed sword as a blunt sword. She won and earned her respect, but vowed to unsheathe her sword one day.

Ameko had that chance on a mission to the human world, when hollows emerged in the middle of a training mission and she was separated from her squad mates. She barely escaped from the hollow only to hide in the middle of a deep forest. Ameko struggled to survive as she was being hunted by the hollow, finally being cornered alone next to a tree. In her panic and desperation to survive, she heard her zanpakuto and struggled to pull her weapon free, finally revealing the blade after saying the release words. She swung the blade at the hollow, watching as it was consumed by blue flames. This led the instructors to her location and got her rescued. Since that moment, she increased her practice with her sword and worked hard to perfect the use of it's abilities. Due to this training and her skills, she was accepted in the 9th squad where she got the third seat position. Currently, she has been sent to the human world on the look out for hollows, which led to making a temporary home in a old factory.
